Industry Experts Wanted for Leading Beauty and Personal Care Educational Conference

NEW YORK, Feb. 2 /PRNewswire/ — HBA Global Expo is seeking speaker proposals for its renowned educational program taking place September 28-30, 2010 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York.
